What do you do in your role at the Center? My role is to help increase the sustainability of campus operations, specifically in positive climate practices. I work closely with Operations staff to reduce campus energy usage, support plans to mitigate greenhouse emissions, and promote sustainable transportation. I help integrate applied learning opportunities into courses to meet the LTLS Energy goals and strategies. I also serve as a student representative on the LTLS Operations Energy Implementation Team and the Parking & Transportation Services Advisory Committee.

What is your favorite part about being on the team? My favorite part of this role is being part of a collective and seeing how one person's work is amplified when working synchronously with others. I love having a space where advocating for others is encouraged, and where we can invite the community as a whole to join us in a diverse range of ways.

What extra/co-curricular activities are you involved in on campus? I am a LEAD Scholar, a Peer Educator for the CTW courses, and a member of the SCU Belles.

Other passions, hobbies, fun facts, or anything else you want to share? Some of my favorite hobbies are cooking, reading, and going thrifting! My favorite insect is the monarch butterfly.
